How Phoenix can help
Good research is easier when someone walks the process with you.
Phoenix Research Consultations is a medical and academic research consultancy based in Jordan. We work with healthcare students, residents, physicians and postgraduate researchers at whatever stage their study has reached.
Some people come to us with only an interest in a topic. Others bring a dataset, a half-finished draft or a set of reviewer comments. We shape our support around your study, your experience and your institution's requirements, and we explain each step so the finished work is something you understand and can stand behind.

Frequently asked questions
Can't find your answer here? Ask us during your free consultation.
Who is the free consultation for?
Anyone working on medical or healthcare research: students, residents, physicians, master's and PhD students, and experienced researchers. You don't need to have your study planned already. Many people come with only an idea.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Your first research consultation is free, lasts 30 minutes and comes with no obligation. If you decide to continue, we agree on the scope and what you will receive before any work begins.
What happens after my manuscript is completed?
Our research support doesn't necessarily stop at manuscript preparation. Depending on your project's needs, Phoenix can assist with journal selection, submission preparation, responding to reviewer comments, and revising your manuscript throughout the publication process.
Will I remain the author of my work?
Yes. The research is yours. We support it in a way that respects academic authorship norms and your institution's policies.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. Your research, data and documents are kept confidential. We also ask that any data you share is de-identified, with no patient names or identifying details.
What stage does my research need to be at?
Any stage. We support everything from choosing a topic to responding to reviewers after submission, and you can come to us for one step or for the whole project.
Do you work in English and Arabic?
Yes. We can hold the consultation in English or Arabic. Manuscripts and reports are prepared in the language your journal or institution requires.
